They don’t make them like this anymore. Behold the delicious slab of sonorous Italian madness that is the Aventador LP700-4 Roadster, in this case tastefully modified to create a devilishly handsome example of the breed.
First registered in March 2014, the car has had only three previous owners and covered only 12,000 miles. The last scheduled maintenance was in July 2019 at 10,516 miles, carried out by H.R. Owen in London, and before this the car was serviced in February 2017 at 4,997 miles and in May 2016 at 3,320 miles. Accompanied by the complete original book pack, tools, tyre inflator, and two keys, it’s the finer details on this car that really set it apart.
Firstly, the menacing hue the car wears so well is the result of a professional Nardo Grey wrap which preserves the factory white paint beneath. This has been paired with black sections such as the front splitter, side skirts and rear diffuser to match the 20-inch Apptech Dione lightweight forged alloy wheels which show some slight curb rash at points.
The tail lights and indicators have been tinted (as with the wrap this is fully reversible) and a carbon fibre section has been added to the front splitter. The blue brake callipers add a pop of colour to the exterior, and in person the car looks absolutely sensational. Moving inside, the black leather upholstery is in great shape with only modest signs of wear as one would expect with the low mileage.
Its most recent MOT test was on 11 May 2020 at 11,725 miles, which resulted in a first-time pass with no advisories - as it has at every annual inspection. Available for viewing in our West London showroom now, this is a fine example of a dying breed with screaming NA V12 and unapologetic road presence.
