1935 Derby Bentley 3½ Litre Sedanca Coupe by H.J. Mulliner
£200,000 | Location: United Kingdom
A largely original car with its original tool kit; this car spent 50 years in the ownership of one family who preserved it beautifully. Since then the car has had a mechanical restoration & was repainted in British Racing Green & had new green hides fitted to the seats throughout.
The car has been set up for long distace touring with a Tim Payne overdrive fitted allowing for relaxed revolutions at speed. The car has had a recent new fuel tank, attention to the rear suspension & has been completely re-wired in the correct period colours.
Under the current decades long ownership, the car has not only travelled extensively in Europe, but also twice on BDC Tours in Australia and on a tour on the island of Borneo. She never missed a beat and won several concourse. First Rally prize of prewar Bentleys in St. Moritz by the owners wife with a girl crew(!). The car has always been looked after without regard to expense to keep it in tip top running order.
